On September 15th 9th of Cheon Il Guk calendar (2020.10.20) We had a worship service on Wednesday at our school. Due to the influence of Corona, it became an online process, and the attendees attended through ZOOM and had a meaningful time. The moderator and representative prayer were cadets, the praise was  오하나 (Ohana), and the word was President Thomas W Selover.

President Thomas W Selover gave a precious word under the title of “The Founding Spirit 창립 정신(創立精神)”.

In commemoration of the opening of the school, he talked about the spirit of establishing Seonhak UP Graduate School.　“We should always not forget the founding spirit. When connected to the founding spirit, many good things can happen quickly.　However, many countries, including the United States, are forgetting the founding spirit. The same goes for Korea. We need to know again about the founding spirit of Korea.　It is the spirit of “홍익인간” This means living and working to benefit humans widely.　Wherever we go, we must awaken the spirit of founding. When it is connected to the spirit of founding and the spirit of “홍익인간” heavenly parent and true parent will be together, and we will be able to live a new life through our creativity and joy.”아주!!

It was a gracious Wednesday service in which all the professors, officials, and students gave their deepest gratitude to Heavenly Parents and True Parents with one heart.
