1. Introduction of Major

The department aims to become one with Heavenly Parents and True Parents shimjeong through the heart of Loving Heaven, Loving Humankind, and Loving your Nation. The major aims to foster professional pastors and leaders with the ability to have ministry witnessing capability which is to educate, consult, and take care as well as to have ministry management capability which is administration of organization, management, and leadership.

Ministry Management	Tribal Messiahship and Blessing Seminar	The field-friendly research tasks required for tribal messiahship activities and blessing activities of Family Federation for World Peace and Unification (FFWPU) are studied in the form of seminars.
	International Ministry Strategy	It studies ways to establish effective missionary strategies by sharing various experiences about overseas missionary work and interpreting prior studies.
	Conflict Management Strategy	To study the causes and solutions of possible conflicts in the ministry field and the role of minister as an arbitrator.
	Study of Ministry Capability Strategies	Through an academic approach to the competence that a minister should have as a leader of CIG, the gap between theory and reality is narrowed, and the requirements of the ministry field are identified and the methods to establish them are studied.
	Church Innovation Strategy	The case study of a church with stagnant growth and developing church for continuous growth is studied together with the theory of organizational innovation in administration to present an alternative.
	Volunteer Management Seminar	To study the methodology for promoting the quantitative and qualitative growth of the community by effectively and efficiently managing the subjects of pastoral activities and volunteers as co-workers.
	Fund Proposa Seminar	To study the proposed fundraising activities for public funds, public utility foundations, laws and methodology to establish laws related to funds and public foundations are studied.
	Juvenile Ministry Seminar	Study how to create a new ministry program for juveniles and how to understand their behavior and thinking.
	Church Marketing Seminar	The marketing of business administration is applied to the church to study the newly witnessed church members who are the customers and the ways to promote the satisfaction and spiritual growth of the families who witnessed them.
Coaching Ministry Psychology	Supervising Coaching Ministry Psychology 1	It develops the ethical and psychological capabilities of a supervisor who can super-vise pastoral psychology consultors and coaches.
	Supervising Coaching Ministry Psychology 2	To develop the technical capabilities of the supervisor and the case studies necessary for the supervision of pastoral psychology consultants and coaches.
	Parents Education Seminar	They study the educational, psychological, religious and philosophical perspectives of parents who have to adapt to rapid social changes such as nuclear families and multicultural families.
	Juvenile Counseling Seminar	To study the psychological theory of individual and collective counseling about adolescents and the practical methodology of pastoral psychology.
