1. Department Overview

The Department of Pastoral Studies aims to cultivate professional pastors and leaders who are united with the hearts of the Heavenly Parents and the True Parents, embodying attitudes of love for Heaven (Aecheon), love for humanity (Aein), and love for the nation (Aeguk). Graduates will develop:

- Pastoral Spiritual Competencies in preaching, prayer, and spirituality;

- Pastoral Evangelism Competencies in education, counseling, and care;

- Pastoral Management Competencies in organizational management, administration, and leadership.

Church Innovation Strategy Conducts case studies of stagnant and growing churches combined with organizational innovation theories from management studies to propose solutions for sustainable growth.
