Student Status
Enrollment
- 1) Enrollment Period: Pay tuition within the designated period before the start of each semester.

2) Enrollment Procedure:
- - Check the tuition statement on the Academic Information System.
- - Pay tuition to the account listed on the statement.
- 3) Students who fail to enroll within the designated period will be dismissed according to university regulations.

4) Credit Enrollment:

If a student has completed 4 semesters (6 for Doctor of Theology) but lacks total graduation credits, partial tuition applies:
- - Up to 8 credits: Tuition × (Credits ÷ 9)
- - 9 credits or more: Full tuition applies

5) Thesis Enrollment:
- - Students must enroll in thesis courses after completing the required credits to prepare their thesis.
Leave of Absence

1) Leave Period: :
- - Before tuition payment: During the pre-semester leave application period.
- - After tuition payment: Within the first quarter of class days after the semester begins.

2) Application Procedure:
- a) Submit a leave application via the Academic Information System.
- b) Print, fill out, and sign the form (available in Forms Library).
- c) Obtain signatures from: Finance Office → Library → Supervising Professor → Department Head.
- d) Submit the completed form to the Academic Affairs Office.
- e) Final processing is completed by the Academic Affairs Office.
- 3) Maternity, Parental, or Childcare Leave: Students may take leave for up to one year per leave, with a maximum of two years during enrollment. Required documents: Birth certificate, medical certificate, and family relationship certificate
Readmission
- 1) Period: During the pre-semester readmission period.
- 2) Eligibility: Students whose leave period has ended.

3) Readmission Procedure:
- a)Log in to the Academic Information System and submit a readmission application.
- b) Print the form, fill it out, and sign (forms available in the system’s Forms Library).
- c) Consult with the supervising professor → obtain signature.
- d) Consult with the department head → obtain signature.
- e) Submit the completed form to the Academic Affairs Office.
- f) Final readmission processing is completed by the Academic Affairs Office.
Change of Major
- Eligibility: Students who have completed at least one semester. No limit on the number of changes.
- Application: Refer to university announcements; readmitted or transferred students must apply within one week after the semester begins.
Voluntary Withdrawal

1) Withdrawal Procedure:
- a) Fill out the withdrawal application and reason form, then sign (forms available in the system’s Forms Library).
- b) Obtain signatures from the Finance Office and Library.
- c) Consult with the supervising professor → obtain signature.
- d) Consult with the department head → obtain signature.
- e) Submit the completed forms to the Academic Affairs Office.
- f) The Academic Affairs Office will process the withdrawal.
- e) Apply for a tuition refund (only for students who withdraw after registration). Applications not submitted will not be processed.

2) Tuition Refund:
- a) Students who withdraw after registration must submit the required documents for refund after withdrawal processing is completed. Required documents: Bank account copy, resident registration copy, or passport copy
